- Registered Brand & Campaign: Our brand and messaging campaigns are registered with The Campaign Registry as required for A2P 10DLC messaging
- Consent-Based Only: We send text messages only to individuals who have provided prior express written consent through our web forms
- Message Content: All messages relate directly to your insurance inquiry and contain our business name for identification
- Opt-Out Honored: Reply STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe from all text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

8. CRM & Data Processing (GoHighLevel)
We use GoHighLevel ("GHL") as our customer relationship management (CRM) platform to manage leads, store contact information, and facilitate follow-up communications. Your data is transmitted to GHL via secure webhook upon form submission.
- GHL acts solely as a data processor on our behalf — they do not own, sell, or independently use your data
- Data stored in GHL includes the information you submit on our forms plus your TCPA consent record
- Access to your data within GHL is restricted to authorized Growth Insurance Group personnel and licensed agents assigned to your inquiry
- GHL maintains its own security measures including encryption, access controls, and data protection policies
- Your data in GHL is used exclusively to manage your insurance inquiry and authorized follow-up communications
9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze website traffic, and support our advertising efforts. This includes:
