Growth Insurance Group operates lead generation and insurance comparison websites that help individuals connect with licensed insurance carriers and agents. Our services include:
- Collecting information about your insurance needs and health situation
- Matching you with insurance carriers that may approve you based on your answers
- Facilitating contact between you and licensed insurance agents or advisors
We are not an insurance company. We do not underwrite, issue, or bind insurance policies. All insurance products are offered, underwritten, and administered by independent licensed insurance carriers. Coverage, rates, terms, and availability vary by carrier and are subject to each carrier's underwriting guidelines and approval.
3. No Guarantee of Coverage
Submitting information through our websites does not guarantee approval for any insurance product. Pre-qualification results displayed on our sites are estimates based on the information you provide and general carrier guidelines. Final approval, coverage amounts, premium rates, and policy terms are determined solely by the insurance carrier during the formal application and underwriting process.
We make no representations or warranties regarding specific coverage amounts, premium rates, or approval outcomes.
4. Consent to Be Contacted — TCPA Compliance

All SMS and MMS messages sent by Growth Insurance Group are transmitted through registered Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC channels in compliance with requirements established by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and major wireless carriers.
- Registered Brand & Campaign: Our brand and messaging campaigns are registered with The Campaign Registry as required for compliant A2P 10DLC messaging
- Consent-Based Only: We send text messages only to individuals who have provided prior express written consent through our web forms. We do not purchase phone number lists or send unsolicited text messages.
- Message Content: All messages relate directly to your insurance inquiry and contain our business name for identification

We do not sell leads to third-party lead buyers, data brokers, or aggregators. Your inquiry stays within Growth Insurance Group and its direct service fulfillment chain.
7. Health Information & HIPAA Compliance

- Access to your data within GHL is restricted to authorized Growth Insurance Group personnel and licensed agents assigned to your inquiry
- Your TCPA consent record (including timestamp) is stored in GHL for compliance documentation
- Your data in GHL is used exclusively to manage your insurance inquiry and is never shared with unrelated third parties
9. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms on our websites. You understand that the information you provide — including health conditions, date of birth, and contact details — will be used to evaluate your insurance options and connect you with carriers and agents. Providing false or misleading information may result in inaccurate results, denial of coverage, or cancellation of any policy obtained.
